Copyright and IP policy

A large variety of products are offered on The Hot Wire by private individuals. Entitled parties, in particular the owners of copyright, trademark rights or other rights owned by third parties can report any offers that may infringe on their rights, and submit a request for the ad to be removed. If a legal representative of the entitled party reports infringements on intellectual property rights to us in the correct manner, the ad will be removed.
If you believe that a listing on The Hot Wire infringes your copyright or [intellectual property rights, please view our privacy policy and download our Notice of Infringement Form, fill it out, and email it back to us. After we receive your form, The Hot Wire will confirm your enrolment and send you the instructions on how to submit future reports electronically
